Compare complete scans. Get local low-disk warnings.
Protect active work
Managed folders stay while foreground commands run.
Clean periodically
Opt into native uv pruning. No agent launch wrapper.
Install. Then ask Codex.
$lupable-disk-doctor to check my agent disk usage. Don’t delete anything.Start a fresh Codex session after installing. Cleanup stays off until you enable it.
Only enrolled uv caches and managed temporary folders are eligible for cleanup. Histories, credentials, worktrees and unknown artifacts stay untouched.
Enable background housekeeping
With uv 0.12.2 installed, enroll its existing cache once. Keep launching your agents normally:
~/.local/bin/lupable-disk-doctor allow-cache-prune uv
~/.local/bin/lupable-disk-doctor enable-cleanup
~/.local/bin/lupable-disk-doctor schedule
~/.local/bin/lupable-disk-doctor statusHourly sweeps attempt native pruning at most daily. uv retains its own live-use locks. Pruning permanently removes unused cache entries and cached environments, which may need rebuilding or downloading later. Cron must be running; check status. Other uv versions are not supported yet.
Safety, privacy and controls
Inventory reads metadata, not conversation contents. Provider identity checks read executable bytes and a cache marker. No telemetry; unknown files are never automatically enrolled.
Keep source, credentials and deliverables out of expiring storage. Pin a managed folder with keep NAME. This is not protection against hostile same-user processes or administrators.
disable-cleanup stops new deletion; deny-cache-prune uv revokes cache permission; pause removes the schedule. Uninstall preserves data and modified skills.
Compatibility, documentation and source
Linux with Python 3.9+. The recording shows the tested 0.1.0 skill flow in Codex CLI 0.163.0. Version 0.2.0 native uv pruning is fixture-tested with uv 0.12.2. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex desktop, macOS and Windows native invocation are not verified.
